Our success is rooted in hiring exceptional people who are driven to do challenging work with the unique blend of experience, integrity, creativity, and commitment that separates us from our competitors.We have three simple goals: to do the most interesting and challenging work, to have fun working together, and to build a successful business in the process.This position requires local support, with approximately 2-3 days onsite in our downtown LA office .Unlock Your PotentialBachelors degree in marketing, journalism, or design-related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant marketing / communications, preferably within the A/E/C industry.A thorough understanding of effective document and presentation production, and an in-depth understanding of proposal and presentation strategy and how to convey messages, themes, differentiators, and responses to evaluation criteria clearly and effectively.Demonstrated written and oral communication skills; writing, editing, and proofreading skills; strong graphic design sensibilities.Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with both peers and senior members of the firm.Experience working independently, as well as within cross-functional teams in a collaborative, professional environment.Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision; meeting deadlines and working well under pressure, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Demonstrates strong attention to detail, producing accurate and complete deliverables that are consistent with internal standards.A collaborative and team-oriented disposition; persistent, tactful, and enthusiastic.Sound professional judgment, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.A detailed knowledge of marketing procedures, work processes, and tools, along with evidence of past successful management of marketing projects.Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint is required; working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and database programs such as Deltek Vantagepoint and Axomic OpenAsset is preferable.Must be able to travel to other MGAC offices and/or project locations as needed.What Youll Be DoingManage and coordinate the preparation of statements of interest and qualifications, proposals, SF330 forms, collateral materials, miscellaneous marketing, and marketing-oriented correspondence, etc.Work closely with technical teams to determine strategies on proposals and presentations; project manages the proposal / presentation development process and team, including internal milestones and team responsibilities; and executes hands-on planning and development of customized responses to RFQs / RFPs.Participate in pre-interview planning and presentation preparation and helps develop and apply the established win strategy, themes, and differentiators in presentation materials.Ensures that information is shared in a timely way among team members; manages timely decisions and actions in project pursuits.Write, edit, and proofread marketing content related to project pursuits and other materials; reviews technical content, as needed; and ensures work product meets company standards.Manage work assignments and follows-up to ensure tasks and projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and cost effectiveness.Track pursuit outcomes and documents pursuit-related information in CRM system.Take on various tasks related to the development, management, and improvement of marketing documents and tools.Why Work With Us?29+ years strong in North America and growing fast with a positive, energizing culture.Consistently recognized as a Top Workplace with a true employee-first mindset.Entrepreneurial spirit encouraged, bring fresh ideas and exceed client expectations.Global reach, yet agile and client-focused like a boutique firm.Your voice matters flat structure, open doors, and recognition for your contributions.Strong work-life balance, generous PTO, and top-tier wellness benefits.Beyond the Paycheck: Discover Our BenefitsRecognized as a Top Workplace for over a decade.Vacation starts on day one accrue 3 weeks per year, plus a paid birthday off.8 sick days and 9 paid holidays annually for full-time employees.Competitive benefits that support both personal and professional growth.Salary Range$85,000 - $110,000 per year (commensurate with experience)The advertised salary range is intended as a general guideline and may vary based on factors such as experience, expertise, and location.
