Known for its rich legacy, vibrant energy, and culture-forward experiences, the hotel blends historic character with modern hospitality across rooms, dining, nightlife, and events.We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue through strategic marketing initiatives across all hotel outlets.What You Will DoDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support room, food and beverage, and event revenueManage digital and traditional marketing efforts to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channelsOversee social media strategy, content development, and third‑party partners, including influencers and agenciesSupport media relations, press outreach, and public relations initiativesManage email marketing campaigns, CRM initiatives, and promotional calendarsMaintain and update the hotel website and ensure content accuracy across digital platformsCoordinate photography and videography shoots and manage creative assetsProvide marketing support for on‑property programming, events, and activationsMonitor and support online reputation management, including guest review platformsTrack marketing performance and prepare regular reporting with insights and recommendationsCollaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, Catering, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goalsManage relationships with external vendors, designers, photographers, and printers as neededWhat We Are Looking ForStrong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including paid media and social channelsExperience with social media management, content development, and brand storytellingWorking knowledge of graphic design tools and content management systemsExperience with CRM and email marketing platformsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative mindset with strong attention to brand consistency and detailHospitality or lifestyle brand experience strongly preferredEducation And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferredMinimum of 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within hospitality, hotels, or lifestyle brandsAdditional RequirementsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as business needs requireAbility to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periodsAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds as neededLocal travel and occasional air travel may be requiredThe Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.#J-18808-Ljbffr
