CHC provides a full continuum of services to meet the physical, emotional, educational, vocational, and spiritual well-being of young people.Position SummaryThe Digital Marketing Manager will partner with the Chief Development Officer and Director of Development to lead the agency's digital marketing acquisition and retention strategy and efforts state-wide. This role is responsible for establishing, managing, and executing CHC's owned and paid digital marketing channel strategies to support the mission of the agency and grow a profitable digital-first supporter network.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the agency's visibility, engagement, and fundraising goalsCreate and manage fundraising forms and pages for the Development teamOversee paid digital campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and othersLead optimization of the agency's website, focusing on user experience and conversion rate improvementsManage all aspects of email marketing, including campaign planning, automation, and segmentationServe as lead administrator for Blackbaud CRM and Raiser's Edge NXT for digital marketing purposesDevelop CRM-based strategies to enhance donor retention and acquisitionMonitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance with data-informed insightsCollaborate across departments to ensure consistent, compelling, and mission-aligned messagingPartner with external agencies to execute vendor deliverablesRequirementsBachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience considered)5+ years professional experience in digital marketingProven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platformsStrong background in website content and user experience optimizationExperience with email marketing platforms, including list segmentation and analyticsExperience with Blackbaud CRM, Raiser's Edge NXT is a plusKnowledge of data analytics tools to monitor and optimize digital marketing performanceKnowledge in DonorDrive and design software (Canva and Adobe Creative Suite) preferredSalary range: $65,000 -$85,000Full-time, HybridWe OfferComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, EAP program, 403b retirement account, and generous vacation.CHC's doors are open to youth and staff regardless of their race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
