Job OverviewThis position is responsible for executing and managing day‑to‑day marketing initiatives at LPS in alignment with the company's overall marketing strategy. This role focuses on demand generation, campaign execution, brand consistency, and performance tracking to support sales growth. The Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership and external partners to ensure marketing programs are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Execution & OperationsSupport the execution and ongoing optimization of LPS's marketing strategy and annual plans.Manage daily marketing operations, including campaign timelines, workflows, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking spend and reporting on campaign performance and ROI.Maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports to share insights with leadership.Demand Generation & Campaign ManagementExecute and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).Coordinate direct mail campaigns, including list preparation, vendor coordination, and performance tracking.Support relationships with ad platforms, media partners, and external agencies.Implement SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic.Brand, Content, & Sales SupportEnsure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual standards across all marketing channels.Create, edit, and coordinate marketing content including digital ads, email campaigns, website content, and sales collateral.Support thought leadership efforts such as blog posts, articles, and industry‑related content.Partner with the sales team to develop and update materials that support the sales process.Website & Marketing TechnologyManage routine website updates, content changes, and basic UX improvements in collaboration with vendors or developers.Monitor website performance, analytics, and conversion tracking to support lead quality and optimization efforts.Utilize CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) for content updates and testing. Use HubSpot for email campaigns, lead nurturing, reporting, and marketing automation support.Events & Industry EngagementOversee all trade show and industry event participation, ensuring the brand is represented with appropriate materials, messaging, and follow‑up workflows.Collaborate cross‑functionally to maximize event ROI and generate new business opportunities.General Skills & CompetenciesActively use a wide range of unique professional skills; expert understanding of industry practices.Excellent proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to resolve disputes effectively.Strong presentation and public speaking skills.Strong decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi‑task.Understand and act on financial information that may contribute to business profitability.Ability to manage successful projects, manage risks, costs, time and project teams.Lead team to achieve company goals in effective ways.Strong planning and organizational skills and techniques.Communicate effectively with management.Good negotiating skills.Build relationships, understand organizational complexities and manage conflict.Minimum Work ExperienceTypically 7 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience.Preferred EducationTypically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent preferred. May hold two or more industry certifications.Travel / Physical DemandsTypically 30% travel. Office environment.
