Your focus will be on storytelling, development positioning, and producing outstanding marketing collateral that drives commercial outcomes, not performance marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PositioningDevelop brand and campaign strategies in close partnership with the property teamDefine project positioning, key messaging, and target audiences alongside developers, sales, and stakeholdersBuild compelling narratives around lifestyle, investment credentials, and placemakingContent & Creative ProductionLead production of marketing collateral: brochures, investment guides, landing pages, email campaigns, social content, and presentationsWrite compelling copy for development launches, investor comms, and digital channelsBrief and manage external agencies, designers, CGI studios, photographers, and videographersSocial Media & Brand StorytellingCreate engaging content across channels that showcases developments, local markets, and the BuyAssociation brandIdentify and tell compelling stories around placemaking, regeneration, and project progressSales Enablement & Partner SupportProduce sales tools: presentations, investor packs, agent toolkits, and FAQsSupport launches, webinars, exhibitions, and co-marketing initiatives with developers and partnersCampaign ManagementPlan and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, email, social, print, events, and PRManage timelines, budgets, and asset schedules; monitor performance and report to stakeholdersSkills & ExperienceEssential:Strong content creation and copywriting skillsPassion for video, social media, and brand storytellingProven experience managing campaigns end-to-endExperience briefing and managing creative agencies and suppliersStrong organisation, project management, and stakeholder skillsCommercially minded with excellent attention to detailDesirable:Background in property investment, proptech, real estate, or financial servicesFamiliarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platformsExperience briefing CGI studios and producing off‑plan development assetsKnowledge of UK residential property marketsCIM qualification or equivalentWhat We're Looking ForSomeone who knows how to keep it simple and make it count.
