Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and programs that support business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, content, and event channels.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and sales objectives.
  • Create and maintain marketing plans, calendars, and project timelines to ensure successful execution of campaigns and programs.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and vendors to develop compelling marketing content and promotional materials.
  • Support brand management initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and support customer retention efforts.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, technologies, and campaign effectiveness.

Profile

  • Bachelors Degree is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and supervising a team.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth.
