The ideal candidate will work hand in hand with the commercial lines manager, sales team, and account managers to assess the carrier opportunities for current clients and new prospects through risk analysis and industry knowledge. The candidate is expected to build strong carrier relationships and stay educated with regards to the insurance industry and emerging trends. Solutions must be client-centric as it pertains to their specific needs, risks, industry, and exposures.
Salary Range: $100000.00 - $140000.00 per year

Responsibilities include:
Review applications
Build market relationships
Negotiate premiums
Communicate with CL manager and team members
Place new and select renewal business
Maximize profitability with carriers
Experience with multiple carriers and markets
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Office product efficiency
Applied Epic experience a plus
Thorough knowledge of Construction and Manufacturing a plus
Brokers license
