Summary

The Marketing Manager owns social media, content production, and website management for Cheeky Monkey, Cheeky Pizza, Octane Raceway, and Lucky Strike Bellevue. This hands-on, creative role plans and executes daily content across four distinct brand voices, from directing photo and video shoots to managing a roster of freelance creators, while laying the groundwork for a future influencer program

 

What You'll Do 

• Own social media strategy, content calendars, and daily publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms for all four brands, developing a distinct voice per brand while tracking KPIs and community engagement

•  

  Plan and direct photo/video shoots (scheduling, shot lists, on-site direction) and manage post-production workflow to keep a steady content pipeline

• Source, coordinate, and manage a roster of freelance photographers, videographers, and editors, reviewing output for brand consistency and quality

• Own day-to-day website updates (copy, imagery, menus, events, and promotions) across all four brands, partnering with web/IT support on larger site changes

• Lay the groundwork for a future influencer program by identifying local and regional partners and tracking landscape trends

• Partner with location GMs, operations, F&B/culinary teams, and the broader Marketing team to keep content aligned with menus, events, and campaigns

• Report regularly on social and website performance, surfacing insights and recommendations; manage the content and production budget, including shoot costs and freelancer invoices

What You'll Bring 

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing, ideally for a multi-unit hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment brand

• Proven experience planning and directing photo/video shoots, including working with photographers and videographers

• Hands-on experience managing a website or CMS (e.g., Contentful, WordPress, Squarespace, or similar)

• Strong understanding of social platforms and content trends across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

   

• Experience managing freelancers, creators, or outside vendors across multiple brand voices at once

   

• Strong aesthetic eye, with photography, videography, or content editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar) a plus

   

• Excellent organizational, project management, and written communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; willing to be on-site at Lucky Strike Bellevue regularly for shoots and events

Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on qualifications.
