Marketing Manager – Industrial Manufacturing FocusAs a Marketing Manager at Top Floor, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on the industrial manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for experienced marketing managers who have worked in-house at manufacturers and are ready to leverage that background in an agency environment. Your experience managing product lines, coordinating with sales and distributors, and aligning marketing with operational realities will give you a unique edge in shaping strategies that deliver measurable growth for our clients.Serve as a strategic advisor to manufacturing clients, drawing on your first-hand experience with distributor networks, long sales cycles, and technical buyers.Meet and liaise with clients to uncover their goals, pain points, and requirements, translating them into actionable multi-channel marketing strategies.Identify growth opportunities within clients' owned and paid digital channels, including lead generation programs, distributor enablement, and product-specific campaigns.Facilitate strategy sessions, helping clients think through campaigns in the context of their sales process, product launches, or trade show calendar.Guide clients on emerging tools and technologies that strengthen demand generation and sales enablement in industrial environments.Collaborate with internal agency specialists (SEO, PPC, content, social, and more) to build integrated campaigns that reflect manufacturing buying cycles and decision-making processes.Present and defend strategies and creative recommendations, positioning yourself as a trusted partner who understands both marketing and manufacturing business drivers.Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of industrial markets.Negotiate campaign scopes and details with both clients and agency teams, ensuring alignment on deliverables and budget.Monitor campaign performance, translating complex data into actionable insights for executives and sales leaders.Lead or participate in new business pitches, showcasing your ability to connect marketing execution to real-world manufacturing growth goals.Job RequirementsWho We're Looking ForProven experience as a marketing leader in-house at a manufacturing company (industrial/B2B preferred).A track record of developing and executing campaigns that align with sales objectives and drive measurable results.Familiarity with distributor/partner networks and how to market through them.Strong understanding of the manufacturing buyer's journey, from awareness through specification and purchase.Working knowledge of paid and earned digital channels (SEO, paid search, paid social, content, email) and how they complement one another.Ability to communicate complex technical or product information in clear, compelling ways for different audiences.Strong collaboration and leadership skills with a knack for bringing cross-functional teams together.Confidence in presenting strategies, insights, and recommendations at the executive level.Valued AdditionsA Plus, But Not RequiredLeadership experience (project management, team management)Working knowledge of Drupal and WordPress content management systemsWorking here, you will enjoy:401(k) Employer ContributionUnlimited PTOHealth Savings Account With Employer ContributionPaid Maternity/Paternity leaveFlexible Work HoursHalf-Day FridaysProfessional Training OpportunitiesInternal Committee InvolvementCulture Club – Dedicated to improving Top Floor culture, diversity, equity, and inclusionEqual Opportunity Statement: Top Floor is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.
