Mortenson Development Inc. (MDI) is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to support the growth of our national development platform. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands‑on marketer who thrives operating as an individual contributor in a fast‑paced team environment. The right candidate brings strong storytelling, content/digital marketing, and project management skills.Partnering closely with leadership, analysts, and construction teams, you will translate complex development concepts into clear, customer‑focused messaging that resonates. As a one‑person marketing department, you will own a broad range of responsibilities—from managing multiple RFPs and pursuits to producing website content, social media, and client presentations to win projects and build our brand nationwide. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%). This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
