Maintain a strong understanding of email best practices and digital channels knowledge to ensure all creative work aligns to a consistent customer experience. Serve as the operational hub for crossfunctional alignment—partnering with strategy, portfolio, media, analytics and external agencies to keep work moving with clarity and accountability. Manage Workfront with high attention to detail and organization.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills; Must have 4 years of digital marketing experience. Prior agency experience required; experience supporting a financial institution is a strong plus. Must be based in Minnesota and able to work in the office at least three days per week. 4 years of recent digital and email marketing experience managing creative campaigns. Exceptionally detailoriented, with the ability to thoroughly review and qualitycheck final creative before launch. Calm, collaborative partner who can confidently manage crosschannel initiatives and work with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong communication and documentation skills to maintain clarity in a fastmoving environment.
