Key Responsibilities Campaign & Program Execution Support end-to-end execution of portfolio marketing campaigns across onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle initiatives Partner with strategy leads to translate marketing plans into actionable deliverables (targeting, briefing, deployment, QA) Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of marketing requests across multiple concurrent initiatives Ensure adherence to timelines, dependencies, and QA standards across systems (e.g., workflows, targeting tools, approvals) Project & Workflow Management Serve as a central coordinator across stakeholders to ensure clarity of priorities and sequencing of deliverables Balance competing demands while maintaining focus on high-impact, revenue-driving initiatives Organization & Prioritization Partner with Product, Analytics, Operations, and Creative teams to align on campaign needs and execution requirements Support development and maintenance of marketing collateral, customer communications, and channel execution plans Cross-Functional Coordination Portfolio & Channel Support Assist in managing ongoing channel execution (e.g., email, statements, digital placements) to ensure messaging accuracy and consistency Support ongoing enhancements to portfolio marketing programs including onboarding, engagement, and reactivation efforts Support audits, process improvements, and special projects tied to portfolio performance and operational efficiency Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve execution quality Ad Hoc & Continuous Improvement Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, financial services, or related environment Preferred Experience Experience in credit card, banking, or financial services marketing Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience supporting campaign execution and marketing operations Key Skills & Capabilities Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong follow-through Prioritization: Ability to assess urgency/impact and sequence work effectively Execution Discipline: Detail-oriented with strong QA mindset and accuracy Communication: Clear, concise communicator able to coordinate across stakeholders Adaptability: Comfortable shifting priorities and supporting evolving business needs
