We are a premier recruitment agency representing one of the nation’s leading Fortune 500 financial services firms. Known for its stability, innovation, and customer-first approach, our client is undergoing a dynamic expansion of its residential lending division. They are seeking a data-driven, strategic Mortgage Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel acquisition campaigns and elevate their market presence from their Buffalo hub.
This is a high-impact, contract assignment where you will bridge the gap between corporate marketing strategy and local sales execution, directly influencing business growth.
As the Mortgage Marketing Manager, you will design, execute, and optimize end-to-end marketing strategies to drive mortgage loan origination volume. You will act as the primary marketing partner for the regional sales leadership and loan officers, ensuring they have the localized strategies, digital tools, and compliant collateral needed to win business in a competitive market.
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive B2C and B2B2C marketing campaigns across digital, email, direct mail, and social channels to generate qualified mortgage leads.
Sales Enablement: Partner closely with Loan Officers and Regional Sales Managers to build localized marketing plans, presentation materials, and localized digital assets.
MarTech Management: Leverage enterprise marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to build automated nurture tracks for prospects, past borrowers, and real estate partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with corporate brand, product, creative, and digital asset management teams to streamline campaign delivery.
Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensure all marketing strategies, copy, and creative assets strictly adhere to financial regulatory standards (RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending) and internal brand guidelines.
Data & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, cost-per-lead) to continuously optimize performance and spend.
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated marketing experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years specifically within the mortgage or residential lending industry.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle, standard loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo), and the unique motivations of home buyers and real estate agents.
Regulatory Fluent: Strong working knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks governing mortgage advertising.
Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with enterprise-level Marketing Cloud platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe), modern CRM systems, and project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira).
