Join a dynamic team that is shaping the future of wealth and workplace technology!The Marketing Manager will help build and execute WealthPlus's marketing function from the ground up. This role is responsible for developing clear, compelling messaging, content, campaigns, and go-to-market materials that communicate the value of a modern recordkeeping and workplace benefits platform to the benefit ecosystem and other industry stakeholders.This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who understands how to translate complex financial services, retirement plan, and fintech concepts into accessible, engaging, and commercially effective messaging. The Marketing Manager will partner closely with Product, Sales, Client Experience, and leadership to shape WealthPlus's market positioning, build demand, support launch readiness, and create the marketing foundation needed to scale. Experience marketing within retirement, recordkeeping, fintech, wealth management, workplace benefits, or B2B financial services is strongly preferred.Key Responsibilities:Build and execute WealthPlus's marketing strategy, including brand positioning, audience segmentation, messaging, campaign planning, and channel strategy.Develop sales enablement and product marketing materials that help WealthPlus communicate effectively with advisors, TPAs, plan sponsors, partners, and enterprise buyers.Partner with Product and Sales to align messaging with platform capabilities, roadmap priorities, buyer needs, and competitive positioning.Own and manage marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, website, events, webinars, sales enablement, and partner communications.Write and edit high-quality copy for product one-pagers, pitch decks, website pages, case studies, newsletters, email campaigns, social posts, launch announcements, and client-facing materials.Build marketing processes, tools, templates, calendars, reporting routines, and infrastructure that can scale as the company grows.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, or a related field.3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B financial services, fintech, retirement, wealth management, workplace benefits, HR tech, or enterprise SaaS.Proven ability to own marketing work independently, including building playbooks, developing messaging, executing campaigns, and creating content.Experience creating marketing materials for complex products, regulated industries, financial advisors, wealth managers, or multi-stakeholder buyer groups.Skills & Knowledge:Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategy, including brand, content, demand generation, product marketing, and sales enablement.Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to make complex retirement, recordkeeping, fintech, and workplace benefits concepts clear and engaging.Experience developing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, website, webinars, events, newsletters, and sales collateral.Ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Client Experience, Operations, Compliance, and leadership.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, execute quickly, and manage multiple marketing workstreams in a fast-moving startup environment.Comfortable using marketing, analytics, CRM, design, and collaboration tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, PowerPoint, Figma, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.Preferred Skills & Experience:Exposure to product marketing or content strategy for companies in the retirement and workplace benefits space, such as recordkeeping platforms, financial wellness companies, digital advisory platforms, or benefits technology providers.Experience building a brand, marketing function, or launch strategy at a pre-launch or early-stage startup.Basic design skills for creating or editing marketing assets in Canva, PowerPoint, Figma, or similar tools.Competitive base salary: $130,000 - $150,000 commensurate with experience and geographic market.Annual discretionary bonus and equity opportunities.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.#J-18808-Ljbffr
