Join the Global Marketing team at a leading Financial & Media Company as a Marketing Manager supporting a key business line within the organization's Financial Solutions portfolio. This role will be responsible for executing and coordinating integrated marketing initiatives across content, email, events, and digital channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams while collaborating across marketing, sales, product, and operations teams.Job Details7-month maternity leave coverage contract with an anticipated duration from July 2026 through February 2027, with the potential to start earlier if needed.Pay Rate: $57-64/hourResponsibilitiesExecute and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across email, content, web, and digital channels.Support major campaign, content, and report launches, ensuring timely and consistent activation across all touchpoints.Partner with internal stakeholders to bring marketing initiatives to market efficiently and at scale.Build and deploy recurring communications, including newsletters, nurture campaigns, and promotional emails.Manage audience segmentation and targeting to ensure effective delivery and engagement.Coordinate marketing support for webinars, virtual events, and other audience engagement programs.Maintain and update event registration pages, campaign landing pages, and supporting web content.Drive communication and alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams.Maintain visibility into active and upcoming campaigns, helping ensure coordination and reducing duplication of effort.Support the creation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of marketing collateral and digital assets.Assist with channel audits and identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and operational efficiency.Monitor inbound lead activity and ensure proper routing, tracking, and follow-up processes.Partner with sales and operations teams to support lead management and campaign effectiveness.Required Qualifications4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within financial services, technology, media, or a related industry.Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, content, events, and digital channels.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.Experience working cross-functionally within matrixed organizations.Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and lead management systems.Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to drive execution with minimal oversight.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting high-volume, always-on marketing programs.Familiarity with webinar and event marketing execution.Experience coordinating content promotion and lifecycle marketing initiatives.Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly in a fast-paced environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
