This role sits at the intersection of creative, data, and automation, owning the end-to-end execution and optimization of marketing campaigns for a portfolio of automotive brands.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution,leveragingcustomerdataand marketing automation tools to design personalized, high-performing customer journeys. WhatYou’llDo
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Own campaigns end-to-end—from ideation and briefing through execution, testing, and optimization
Build and manage targeted customer journeys usingourinternally-developedMarketingAutomationPlatform (MAP)
Write and refine marketing copy for campaigns across channels, ensuring messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with each brand’s voice
Partner with creative teams to deliver engaging, conversion-focused campaigns
Brand & Portfolio Ownership
Manage a portfolio of automotive brands, ensuring all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines andobjectiveswhilemaintainingconsistent messaging across channels
Translate OEM initiatives (e.g., vehicle launches, sales events) into dealership-level campaigns
Stay current on automotive marketing trends and customer behavior
Data, Testing & Optimization
Analyze campaign performance to generate actionable insights
Lead testing and optimization strategies to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI
Continuously refine segmentation, personalization, and campaign logic
Project & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate cross-functional execution acrosscreative anddevelopment teams
Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure on-time campaign launches
Act as a key point of contact for marketing-related requests and supportfor your brands
Quality Assurance & Compliance
OverseetemplateQA, ensuring accuracyprior to campaign deployment
Manage brandand legalcompliance approvals
Ensure all campaigns meet quality and regulatory standards
Who You Are:
5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably digital, lifecycle, or CRM marketing)
A proactive, solutions-oriented problem-solver who takes initiative and owns outcomes
Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively, balancing independent ownership with cross-functional teamwork
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Proventrack recordexecuting data-driven campaigns end-to-end
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Adaptable and able tomaintainhigh-quality output under tight timelines
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in automotive, retail, or other high-consideration purchase industries
Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, or similar)
Proficiencyin project management tools (Airtableor similar tools a plus)

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
Mobility Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $95,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
