Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Marketing Manager, to join a multinational entertainment conglomerate in New York, NY. This is a 6-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay:$40.00 - $50.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.


Description:
This role will support both the Content Development and Development teams in identifying, developing, and executing innovative partnership opportunities across Bravo’s portfolio. The Manager will help create integrated advertiser programs that span custom content, talent-led initiatives, in-show integrations, experiential activations, and cross-platform marketing efforts. Working closely with Sales and internal stakeholders, this individual will develop strategic partnership solutions and multi-property and cross-portfolio advertiser offerings across linear, social, digital, streaming, and live events.

The role is designed to flex across a variety of Development functions, including partnership strategy, advertiser solutions, sponsorship development, content ideation, and integrated marketing initiatives.

Reporting to the Director, Development, this individual will collaborate closely with Sales, Network, Production, Legal, Sales Enablement, Commercial Operations, Talent Relations, and external partners to develop compelling partnership opportunities from initial brief through execution. This position is based in New York, NY in a hybrid capacity.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and creative problem solver with a passion for entertainment, pop culture, and innovative marketing solutions.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of advertiser-facing concepts, integrated sponsorship programs, and custom marketing solutions in response to RFPs and proactive sales opportunities.
  • Manage pre-sale idea curation for multi-property and cross-portfolio opportunities, including collecting and writing strategic advertiser brief responses, curating partnership recommendations, and providing sales consultation and communication updates throughout the pitch process.
  • Partner with Ad Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Research, Production, and cross-functional teams to develop strategic, insight-driven partnership recommendations.
  • Develop compelling presentations, pitch materials, and sales collateral that effectively communicate partnership concepts and value propositions.
  • Translate client objectives, consumer insights, cultural trends, and network priorities into innovative sponsorship opportunities.
  • Support the development of talent-led campaigns, custom content initiatives, branded entertainment programs, experiential activations, and cross-platform marketing solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines, priorities, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support successful execution and delivery of sponsorship programs and client commitments.
  • Maintain project trackers, timelines, status documents, sales materials, and recap resources.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across Bravo programming, talent, franchise tentpoles, and marketing opportunities.
  • Identify emerging opportunities across social, creator, digital, streaming, and experiential platforms that can be incorporated into partnership solutions.
  • Present concepts, recommendations, and marketing strategies to internal stakeholders, sales teams, clients, and agency partners with confidence and clarity.


True Title: Manager, Content Development
  • 4+ years of experience in integrated marketing, advertising sales marketing, branded content, media, entertainment, agency, or related fields.
  • Experience developing and executing custom sponsorship programs and multi-platform marketing campaigns.
  • Experience developing integrated marketing programs across multiple media platforms, including digital, social, experiential, streaming, and branded content environments.
  • Strong presentation development, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered productivity and creative tools to support research, ideation, content development, presentation creation, and workflow efficiency.
