This role drives commercial success through strategic marketing, sales enablement, and cross-functional leadership. The position partners closely with Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, and external agencies to deliver impactful go-to-market strategies and best-in-class execution.Brand & Category ManagementLead the development and execution of brand and category strategies for Tissue & Towel products within the AFH/commercial segment: Livi VPG, Livi VPG Select, Livi Ultra-Premium, and LoCor products/dispensing systemsWork with Product Management to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunitiesPartner with Sales and Finance to support pricing strategies, product positioning, and portfolio optimizationDrive new product launches and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with business objectivesProject ManagementSupport AFH leadership in the execution of key initiatives and strategic projectsActively participate in weekly cross-functional project meetings as requiredDrive project timelines, accountability, and deliverables across Marketing and Product DevelopmentLead documentation and process management for product development initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and complianceCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product launches and updatesMedia Campaigns & Trade ShowsSupport development of content and materials for media campaigns and industry publicationsCoordinate trade show planning and execution, including communications across internal teams and external partnersManage logistics for product samples and marketing materials to trade show locationsCollaborate with agencies and consultants to ensure successful event executionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)8-10+ years of marketing experience, preferably within tissue, paper, CPG, or AFH industriesStrong background in brand management, category management, and sales enablement#J-18808-Ljbffr
