We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that support franchise growth, brand consistency, and local market performance. This role partners closely with franchise owners and internal stakeholders to develop scalable campaigns, drive customer acquisition, and strengthen franchisee engagement across multiple locations.The ideal candidate has experience supporting franchise systems and understands how to balance brand standards with local market flexibility.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support franchise growth and customer acquisition goals.Partner with franchise owners/operators to create localized marketing plans aligned with brand guidelines.Manage multi-location marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, promotions, and community engagement.Provide marketing guidance, training, and ongoing support to franchisees to improve execution and results.Ensure brand consistency across all franchise locations and marketing channels.Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and franchise-level metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, creative, and leadership teams to support business objectives.Oversee agency relationships, marketing vendors, and campaign budgets.Develop marketing toolkits, playbooks, templates, and communication resources for franchise partners.Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within franchise marketing.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.6+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years supporting franchise, multi-unit, or distributed business models .Proven success managing local and national marketing campaigns across multiple locations.Strong understanding of franchise operations and franchisee relationship management.Experience with digital marketing channels including paid media, CRM/email marketing, social media, SEO, and analytics.Ability to translate corporate strategy into practical, locally executable marketing programs.Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, and reporting platforms#J-18808-Ljbffr
