Marketing Manager – Half Moon Plumbing & Electric

Half Moon Plumbing & Electric is a fast growing home services company looking for a Marketing Manager to own one thing: profitable demand. You won’t be “posting content for vibes.” You’ll be responsible for making the phones ring at the right cost and turning marketing dollars into booked jobs and revenue.

What You’ll Own
- Overall marketing pipeline: from impressions to booked jobs.
- Performance of paid channels (PPC, LSA, paid social, etc.) run by our agencies and vendors.
- Core metrics: lead volume, cost per lead, CAC, ROAS, and cost per booked job.
- Strategy and planning for campaigns, offers, and seasonal pushes.
- Reporting to leadership weekly with clear numbers and decisions.
- Overall marketing events schedule
- Over time, building light in-house capability (content, coordinator) once the machine is dialed.
What You’ll Do Day to Day
- Set clear targets with leadership for leads, CAC, and ROAS, then build the plan to hit them.
- Direct, challenge, and hold agencies accountable to performance, not fluff.
- Review campaigns, keywords, ads, and landing pages with a performance lens.
- Run basic tests (offers, headlines, landing tweaks) to improve conversion and reduce cost.
- Maintain a simple marketing calendar aligned with capacity and revenue targets.
- Track and report results so we know what to scale, fix, or kill.
Who You Are
- 3+ years managing performance marketing (agency or in-house). Home services or local lead gen strongly preferred.
- You’ve owned a monthly ad budget and can talk through CAC / ROAS with receipts.
- Comfortable in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LSAs, and basic analytics / reporting tools.
- Data-first. You make decisions from numbers, not feelings.
- Clear communicator who can push back on vendors and still keep relationships solid.
