Marketing Manager
Location: Owings Mills, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday, On-Site
Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base salary + performance bonus eligibility

About the Opportunity
A growing specialty construction and building products company is seeking a Marketing Manager to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market expansion across the Mid-Atlantic region.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys owning strategy and execution. The organization has recently completed a rebrand, launched a new website, expanded its sales efforts, and invested heavily in growth initiatives. They are now looking for a marketing leader who can bring those efforts to life through content creation, digital marketing, campaigns, and brand development.

This role reports directly to company leadership and offers significant autonomy, ownership, and growth potential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute the company marketing calendar across digital and social channels
  • Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, email campaigns, website updates, and marketing materials
  • Capture project photos, videos, and success stories from active jobsites
  • Support lead generation initiatives through content, campaigns, and digital marketing efforts
  • Coordinate paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Support website optimization, SEO initiatives, and content development
  • Create brochures, one-pagers, case studies, presentations, and other sales enablement materials
  • Utilize HubSpot and other marketing tools to support lead nurturing and campaign reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and results
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to support business development efforts and growth initiatives


Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, or a related field
  • Experience with content creation, social media management, and digital campaigns
  • Working knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and analytics
  • Experience with HubSpot, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools preferred
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
  • Self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities independently
  • Ability to travel locally to capture content at project sites as needed
  • B2B, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or building products experience is a plus
