Work closely with search experts to acquire new customers, promote services, generate leads, and create customer‑centric experiences via search.The ideal candidate builds, maintains, and manages Paid Search campaigns, uses data to improve performance metrics (conversion rate, quality score, impression share), runs ad copy and landing page tests, and collaborates with other paid media channels to drive conversions.Key job responsibilitiesContribute to day‑to‑day management of Paid Search campaigns through tactical execution and account maintenance.Uphold account health and execution excellence by maintaining existing mechanisms and building new ones.Work within a group of search experts to drive acquisition, adoption, lead generation, and create unique customer experiences.Contribute to campaign‑level testing strategies for ad copy and landing page experiences to improve the customer experience.Use data to answer business questions, surfacing insights and making recommendations to optimize performance.Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Challenge status quo and push for best customer experience.Prioritize long‑term results over short‑term gains.Question assumptions and strive for continuous improvement in campaigns and customer experiences.About the teamAWS Search Marketing focuses on delivering a great search experience for AWS customers and prospective customers. The team sits within the Integrated Demand Center (IDC) and supports its objective to build and deliver a unified customer experience that is consistent and fast globally.Basic Qualifications4+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaignsExperience managing or working within cross‑functional marketing and creative teamsExperience across affiliate marketing, PPC, SEM and social media advertisingPreferred QualificationsExperience in multi‑territory campaign managementExperience in digital marketing and content production timelines and processExperience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads and digital/social channelsBenefits and CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $86,700.00 – $151,700.00 USD annually in New York.
