We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our Licensed Brand Marketing team in Paramus, New Jersey as Marketing Manager for the Coach and Kate Spade watch brands. This role is responsible for the comprehensive management of global marketing initiatives in line with business direction and global brand strategies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage marketing plans by region across the Coach and Kate Spade brands in line with each brand's strategy Manage global marketing budgets under direction of Brand President Review and develop all marketing briefs with regional teams / Coach & Kate Spade creative teams to kick off and manage local project requests Manage creative support and development of seasonal global toolbox assets and communications including Go-To-Market support programs and materials i.e. planograms/visual merchandising guidelines, training documents, key story-telling enhanced product selling tools etc. Manage brand fixturing and display development with external vendors and Coach/Kate Spade visual merchandising teams Manage global creative approvals ensuring compliance to corporate guidelines and standards Supervise and develop marketing coordinator

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor in Business Management / Marketing or equivalent Minimum 5 years marketing experience including 3 years of marketing management experience a must Fashion or retail industry experience preferred International experience a plus Experience in managing external agencies / suppliers Strong management skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills Team Player Likes to work in fast paced environment and under tight timelines Highly proficient in MS Office package (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) Position may require travel on an as-needed basis, including internationally

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 per year. Base salary is determined by individualized factors such as experience and market location.
