Marketing Manager
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Location: Remote; must be available during core hours of 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
Our client is seeking an experienced marketing professional to support performance reporting, campaign execution, and lifecycle communications across email, SMS, web, and frontline channels.
Pull weekly and monthly performance reports and update dashboards, forecasts, presentations, and leadership decks.
Analyze channel performance, identify trends, develop insights, and escalate data issues.
Draft marketing briefs and short-form email and SMS copy.
Route content through approval workflows and maintain campaign documentation.
Track multiple workstreams and provide project updates during cross-functional meetings.
Ensure reporting templates, presentations, and campaign materials remain accurate and current.
5+ years of marketing experience in at least two areas: lifecycle/CRM, sales enablement/frontline, or digital/web marketing.
Experience analyzing and presenting data from BI tools; Tableau strongly preferred.
Strong email and SMS copywriting skills.
Experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or a similar platform.
Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Solid understanding of campaign development and deployment.
Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and manage deadlines with minimal direction.
Experience within a metrics-driven technology, real estate, mortgage, or similarly structured organization.
Familiarity with generative AI copywriting tools, High spot, Jira, SMS platforms, email deployment tools, or a headless CMS.
