About the Role

Are you a visionary marketing leader ready to shape the future of digital engagement? This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead the strategy, growth, and commercialization of a dynamic subscription business, encompassing existing and future digital offerings. As the primary marketing partner to the subscriptions product team, you will help shape product strategy, launch innovative offerings, and develop cutting-edge promotions and growth tactics. You will act as the subject matter expert for subscriptions, ensuring these digital products are seamlessly integrated into key campaigns, platform updates, and player experiences. Success in this role means making subscriptions a meaningful driver of player engagement and business growth, influencing the future of digital subscriptions, and ensuring subscription experiences are woven throughout the digital ecosystem. You will lead key projects focused on driving marketing strategy and execution for innovative subscription products, directly contributing to the company's success and player engagement, and making a tangible impact on player value and community participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies for a comprehensive subscription portfolio, including current and future digital offerings.
• Analyze customer, market, and business insights to identify opportunities that improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and subscriber lifetime value.
• Partner with business and product stakeholders to influence subscription strategy and future investments.
• Serve as the primary marketing partner to the subscriptions product team, helping shape product roadmaps, customer experiences, value propositions, and launch strategies.
• Bring customer, market, and competitive insights into product planning to help influence future subscription offerings and experiences.
• Act as the marketing lead for the subscriptions business across key stakeholder groups.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new subscription products, benefits, features, and business initiatives. Develop positioning, messaging, launch strategies, and marketing plans that drive awareness, trial, and adoption.
• Partner with analytics, lifecycle marketing, and business teams to measure performance and identify opportunities to optimize conversion and retention.
• Act as the subject matter expert for subscriptions across all marketing efforts, ensuring digital offerings are integrated into major content releases, seasonal campaigns, retail moments, creator initiatives, and brand activations.
• Identify opportunities to position subscriptions as a core driver of player value, engagement, and community participation across the digital ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with Affiliate Marketing, Product Lifecycle Marketing, Paid Media, and broader growth teams to develop and execute subscription acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Help define channel strategies, promotional plans, and activation frameworks that maximize subscription growth and business impact.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, subscriptions marketing, or related marketing disciplines.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for consumer products, digital services, subscription businesses, or recurring revenue offerings.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with stakeholders across product, marketing, analytics, and business teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

• Experience marketing subscription products, membership programs, digital commerce offerings, or recurring revenue businesses.
• Experience working with affiliate marketing, paid media, CRM/lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing channels.
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, creator platforms, digital marketplaces, or consumer technology.
• Knowledge of leading entertainment experiences and a passion for gaming, online communities, and player engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems and proactively make recommendations, rather than waiting for a list of tasks.
• Evidence of impact, such as metrics or directional growth figures (e.g., percentage increase, 3X growth), highlighting contributions to business growth.
