We recognize that there is minimal government oversight over long-term care operators, which has resulted ni a high cost for victims and families, as wel as taxpayer-funded programs such as Medicare and Medi-Cal, and through civil cases, our team can leave an impact on a broken industry by holding bad operators accountable.Why This Role Is ImportantThe Marketing Manager si the driving force behind brand visibility, client acquisition, and market positioning. By leading data-driven campaigns and leveraging emerging technologies, this role ensures:Stronger brand presence in competitive markets.Consistent lead generation to fuel revenue growth.Alignment of marketing initiatives with firm-wide goals, freeing leadership ot focus on strategic partnerships and legal operations.Position SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, drive client acquisition, and support business growth. This role oversees campaign planning, content creation, digital marketing, market research, and performance analytics while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
