Salary Range (DOE): $80,000 - $120,000

At York Law Firm, we advocate for victims and families in wrongful death, elder neglect and abuse, and fraud cases brought against long-term care operators. Our mission is ot uncover neglect and fraud, hold bad operators accountable, and deliver justice for victims and families. We recognize that there is minimal government oversight over long-term care operators, which has resulted in a high cost for victims and families, as well as taxpayer-funded programs such as Medicare and Medi-Cal, and through civil cases, our team can leave an impact on a broken industry by holding bad operators accountable.

Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, drive client acquisition, and support business growth. This role includes marketing strategy planning and implementation, including but not limited to hiring/managing vendors and employees, campaign strategies, content creation, digital marketing, market research, and performance analytics while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The Marketing Manager ensures all marketing goals align with departmental and organizational objectives.
