This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in an engaging, fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a multidisciplinary team committed to excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage marketing strategy and initiatives that support firm growth, brand awareness, and market positioning.Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to translate business goals into effective marketing plans and campaigns.Maintain and strengthen Spectrum's brand across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone.Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to position Spectrum effectively.Represent Spectrum Engineers at conferences, trade shows, and community events, identifying sponsorships and marketing opportunities that elevate brand visibility.Oversee and support the RFP and proposal process, including content development, coordination, scheduling, and alignment with marketing strategy.Track, monitor, and analyze marketing performance and pipeline activity using CRM and marketing analytics tools.Manage marketing collateral, presentations, and digital content to ensure high quality and relevance.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every client-facing touchpoint reflects Spectrum's commitment to service, professionalism, and innovation.Required Skills & AbilitiesStrategic & Curious: You enjoy understanding the “why,” researching trends, and finding ways to improve marketing effectiveness.Collaborative & Communicative: You work well with technical professionals and leadership, building strong internal relationships.Organized & Proactive: You manage deadlines, prioritize effectively, and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.Adaptable: You're open to feedback, eager to learn new tools, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.Preferred SkillsProficiency in CRM tools (Cosential/Unanet preferred)Experience with RFP and proposal coordination, particularly in the AEC industryFamiliarity with email marketing platforms and digital marketing campaignsStrong writing, editing, presentation, and storytelling skillsProject management experience from concept through executionMicrosoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred5–6 years of marketing experience in the AEC industry (or closely related professional services environment)Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerOccasional extended hours or weekend work to meet deadlines or attend industry events#J-18808-Ljbffr
