and affiliated entities.Position SummaryThe Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, development, execution, and optimization of all marketing, branding, communications, community engagement, and public relations activities across Pacific Health Group and its affiliated entities.This position serves as the operational leader of the marketing function and is responsible for driving brand awareness, community partnerships, patient and member engagement, referral source development, digital marketing initiatives, public relations efforts, and organizational visibility.The Marketing Manager collaborates closely with executive leadership, healthcare partners, community organizations, vendors, media outlets, and internal departments to ensure all marketing initiatives align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and brand standards.The ideal candidate is a highly organized, creative, data-driven leader with experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support organizational growth, brand awareness, service line expansion, and community engagementTranslate executive vision into measurable marketing initiatives and campaignsLead annual and quarterly marketing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reportingEstablish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and performance metricsIdentify new opportunities to increase organizational visibility,
