Marketing Manager

D&D HOME REMODELING is a family-owned design-build residential remodeling company focused on helping homeowners transform their spaces with thoughtful, high-quality renovation work. Our team specializes in kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, additions, and ADUs, combining design insight with hands-on execution to deliver projects that make a lasting impact for our clients.

This role is an opportunity to shape how our brand reaches and connects with homeowners who are actively planning remodeling projects. As Marketing Manager, you will help drive qualified lead generation, strengthen our digital presence, and ensure our messaging reflects the quality of our work and the needs of the customers we serve. You will work closely with internal teams to create marketing efforts that support growth and turn interest into meaningful project opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to generate qualified remodeling leads.
• Manage the website, SEO, and paid advertising to increase inbound homeowner inquiries.
• Coordinate content creation that showcases completed renovation projects and client testimonials.
• Track campaign performance and optimize budget allocation across digital channels.
• Partner with sales and design teams to align messaging with target homeowners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience in home services or residential remodeling.
• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, paid social campaigns, and optimizing local lead generation efforts.
• Strong analytical ability, including experience tracking ROI, lead conversion metrics, and marketing budget performance.
• Experience creating short-form video content for Reels, using CapCut, and uploading Stories across social platforms.
• Strong content planning and project coordination skills across creative and sales teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
