Happy Dad is looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive brand growth, consumer engagement, and best-in-class execution across our portfolio. This role will support the development and execution of national marketing initiatives, product launches, campaign activations, and cross-functional go-to-market programs that build the brand and drive revenue.
This person will play a key role in bringing marketing strategy to life across digital, social, retail, field, and partnership channels. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who can think big, manage multiple priorities, collaborate cross-functionally, and execute quickly in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
