Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic hybrid thinker who blends the creativity of a strategist with the commercial acumen of a partnerships manager. This role is responsible for shaping insight-led, culturally relevant creative solutions for our partners while also driving the commercial strategy, negotiation, and execution of end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns.
 
Responsibilities
  • Translate partner and business objectives into compelling creative briefs and campaign territories.
  • Use audience insights, cultural trends, and platform behaviors to inspire innovative marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with Creatives, Designers, Producers, and Media Planners to concept and deliver standout, insight-driven campaigns.
  • Craft strategic narratives that connect creative ideas to measurable client and business outcomes.
  • Ensure creative concepts are optimized for target audiences across media channels and formats.
  • Lead the development of integrated brand and creative partnerships, from concept to execution.
  • Build and pitch proposals that leverage the company's unique capabilities, brand IP, and media ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Media Planning and Activation teams to align creative storytelling with channel strategy, audience targeting, and flighting.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements with clients and stakeholders across seniority levels.
  • Create business cases and collaborate with Finance to ensure initiatives are commercially viable.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities that align with the company's business objectives, media strategy, and industry trends.
  • Act as the connector across Sales, Brand Marketing, Creative Studio, Media, Sponsorships, and Partner teams to deliver seamless, insight-driven partnerships.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder collaboration across internal and external teams, ensuring creative and media workstreams are integrated and aligned.
  • Partner with the Media Planning team to translate creative strategy into effective media executions that maximize reach, resonance, and ROI.
  • Ensure campaign delivery aligns with creative strategy, commercial commitments, and partner KPIs.
  • Present confidently to senior stakeholders, clients, and industry audiences.
 
Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience in creative strategy, brand partnerships, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop culturally relevant, insight-led creative solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience building business cases, negotiating, and managing partnerships.
  • Expertise in multimedia marketing and media planning collaboration, spanning digital, social, CTV, programmatic, and OOH.
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and balances creativity with results-driven focus.

  • Identify and proactively create new opportunities that align with wider business objectives, capitalizing on the company's sponsorship programs, brand equity, and IP, and leveraging emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with the Sponsorships team to define scalable solutions that capitalize on our sponsorship programs.
  • Craft compelling ideas that leverage sports sponsorship talent access and rights and deliver presentations that effectively communicate ideas and results to stakeholders.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $78.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
