Benefits include:11 paid holidays1 personal holiday21 of Paid Time Off (PTO) to startCompany-matched 401(k) Retirement Plan that is fully-vested immediatelyEmployer paid ORCA cardEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)MedicalVisionKEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Support the Director of Programming, Marketing and Communications with organization wide strategic and operational leadershipManage Email and Digital Marketing Specialist, Campaign Specialist, and Social Media EditorCoordinate cross-functional campaigns with design, video, social media, philanthropy, events, and editorial teamsHelp lead cross-functional efforts to develop new data-driven methods to drive reach, engagement and conversionDevelop strategy and guide staff in developing content, email, and social marketing strategiesDevelop and maintain effective relationships with senior management and community partnersLead cross-functional efforts to set monthly promotional priorities and communicate them across the organizationMaintain departmental calendar and documentation of ongoing Marcom activities and communicate deadlines and expectationsEnsure consistent messaging across all channels for a seamless experience across print, web, on-air and digital platformsContribute to discussions around programmatic, digital, social and OTT/CTV campaignsOversee placement of radio, out of home and other traditional paid mediaCoordinate with Data and Analytics team for measurement and optimization of the marketing funnelDevelop and track marketing and communications budgets in association with each projectWork with external agency on earned media initiatives as assignedReview deliverables and campaign plans to ensure high quality workSubmit creative briefs for design assets and on-air promos as neededManage brand voice and editorial style guide and provide writing and copy editing supportCollaborate with other team members to foster a positive and productive culture and contribute toward the overall growth of Cascade PBS.Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without noticeREQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES Five years of experience managing cross-functional projects preferredStrong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze information and make sound decisionsExceptional verbal and written communications skills including copywriting and copy editingOutstanding attention to detail and creative judgmentAbility to manage through change in dynamic media industry environmentExperience with CRM and email platforms; Salesforce and Marketing Cloud preferredEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications) or equivalent experience requiredSeven years of experience in marketing and communications related field requiredThree years of hiring, management and supervisory experience requiredExperience developing and executing marketing and communications plans requiredExperience developing and executing e-mail marketing touchpoints in digital ecosystem requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to view data on a computer screen for long periods of timeAbility to type on a keyboard for long periods of timeAbility to sit or stand for extended periods#J-18808-Ljbffr
