Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Excellent communication and negotiating skills, both verbal and written. Good grammar usage and persuasive skills. Excellent customer service skills are required.
Able to plan, prioritize, and organize own work schedule and that of subordinates. Strong overall business acumen as it relates to other functional disciplines, such as Sales Operations, Engineering, and Purchasing.
Proficient in computer, word processing, publisher, photo-shop, power point, and excel spreadsheet programs.
Education and Experience
A Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is required. Minimum 3-5 years of previous marketing experience is required. Previous supervisory and/or management experience is preferred. Previous use of a CRM is required. Previous experience with marketing analytics, SEO, and SEM experience is also preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, there will be extensive road travel between dealerships. Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
