• As the Product Marketing Manager for Home Premium, you will bridge product strategy and market execution to drive subscription growth and advance Home’s mission.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic & Funnel Leadership: Lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Home Premium, optimizing the entire consumer lifecycle, including awareness, conversion, engagement, and retention, to achieve growth goals.
• Voice of the User: Translate consumer research and market trends into actionable inputs for feature roadmaps, tiering structures, positioning, and messaging.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Insights, and Business teams to validate business models, define value propositions, and ensure product-market fit.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 9+ years of experience in marketing, including product, growth, subscriptions, or brand marketing.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
• Specialized Skills: Advanced proficiency in subscription models and growth marketing.
