The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing approved marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that support Muth Electric's brand, business development, recruiting, and community presence. THIS ROLE IS LOCATED IN SIOUX FALLS, SD

Reporting to the Marketing & Brand Director, this role brings marketing strategy to life through organized, timely, and high-quality execution across multiple channels. The Marketing Manager ensures projects, content, and campaigns are delivered accurately and consistently with Muth Electric's brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives across digital, social media, email, website, internal communications, and traditional channels
• Manage content publishing and updates across assigned platforms
• Manage website, SEO, and paid search activities
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, assets, and marketing requests to ensure timely execution
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and project status for reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and media partners
• Provide marketing support to sales, recruiting, operations, and other departments
• Assist with marketing expense tracking and invoice processing
• Maintain organized marketing systems, files, and processes
• Communicate project requirements, timelines, and deliverables clearly across teams
• Support consistent application of Muth Electric's brand standards

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in an execution-focused marketing role
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple marketing channels
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media, CMS, SEO/SEM, and website management
• Experience working with internal teams, external vendors, and marketing partners
• Ability to take direction, manage priorities, and execute against established strategies
• Proactive, results-oriented, and highly accountable
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
