You will create high-quality content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and our website, to promote our services and establish our agency as a thought leader in the recruiting space.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation: Develop and produce original engaging content including blog posts, social media updates, infographics, videos, and more. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and messaging.Content Strategy: Strategize, create, and implement a comprehensive content strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.Brand Development: Contribute to building and maintaining our brand's identity through consistent and impactful content. Develop a deep understanding of our brand values and audience needs.Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging content formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.RequirementsExperience: Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, Marketer, or similar role.Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
