Berkeys Plumbing, A/C & Electrical is looking for an experienced, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy, strengthen our brand presence, and drive customer acquisition across the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
As our Marketing Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive leads and revenue
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data
- Oversee content creation, branding, and messaging across multiple channels
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and media partners
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, community events, sponsorships, and brand awareness initiatives
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with operations, sales, recruiting, and leadership teams to support company goals
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI on marketing investments
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably with leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into marketing strategies
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or related industries
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of local marketing and lead generation strategies
