Job Details

Experience 3-5 years
· Manage and oversee marketing budget
· Request, compile, and report KPI data from all vendors
· Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors through regular communication
· Identify opportunities to optimize current tactics and explore new marketing strategies
· Manage social media channels, including content creation and posting
· Develop and distribute monthly email campaigns
· Communicate pacing updates with managers and leadership, adjusting marketing efforts as needed
· Monitor and optimize paid ad spend and campaign performance
· Review quarterly SEO plans and blog topics to ensure relevance and timeliness
· Collaborate with leadership to create timely and compelling offers
· Process and send monthly invoices for all vendors
· Adjust online booking capacity as needed
· Design and produce branded marketing materials
· Coordinate, manage, and attend all sponsorship events
· Design and order branded merchandise
· Coordinate with the parent company’s corporate marketing team to plan, implement, and optimize marketing initiatives across channels
