Are you a strategic, creative marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our growing Virginia Personal Injury law firm is seeking an experienced Marketing Managerto lead firm-wide marketing strategy, guide a small team, and elevate our brand across multiple locations throughout the state.

This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role based in Virginia Beach (with statewide responsibilities in Roanoke & Eastern Shore). The ideal candidate brings strong professional services marketing experience, exceptional judgment, and the ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution. What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on brand growth, qualified lead generation, new client growth, reputation management, and community engagement
  
• Lead, mentor, and manage a small marketing team, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and high-quality output
  
• Oversee digital marketing, content creation, social media, SEO/SEM, community outreach, and campaign execution
• Ensure all marketing aligns with legal industry standards and professional compliance requirement
• Track performance data and make informed, metric-driven decisions to improve effectiveness
• Support Spanish-language campaigns and multicultural marketing efforts
• Represent the marketing function in leadership discussions and company initiatives
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience in professional services, legal marketing, or similar regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign strategy
• Excellent judgment, professionalism, and communication skills
• Creative problem-solver with a leadership mindset
• Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
  
• Experience managing small teams and multiple priorities
• Bilingual Spanish language skills a plus (not required)
