Job Description
- Develop, execute, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital, paid media, in-venue).
- Lead event marketing efforts to drive ticket sales and attendance.
- Monitor ticket sales and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Create and manage digital and social content, graphics, and materials.
- Maintain website, social channels, and content assets.
- Support revenue initiatives including premium seating and private events.
- Execute email campaigns and audience targeting strategies.
- Track KPIs and report campaign performance.
- Support PR efforts and coordinate media needs during events.
- Act as liaison between venue departments and corporate marketing.
- Manage timelines, calendars, and campaign deliverables.
- Knowledge of market preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of social media and email marketing
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
