What You’ll Do:
• Lead marketing and business development initiatives that support client growth and engagement
• Own the end-to-end proposal and presentation process, from strategy through submission
• Support client targeting efforts, relationship development, and account growth plans
• Manage recognition, visibility, and market-facing submission processes
• Coordinate thought leadership, client communications, webinars, and industry events
• Partner with communications teams to elevate team and leadership profiles
• Mentor and support team members while balancing multiple high-priority initiatives
