Job Location: Downtown Washington, DC (14th Street Corridor) or Arlington, Virginia – hybrid work environment.Urban Pace is seeking a Marketing Associate to coordinate marketing efforts across a portfolio of rental and for‑sale development projects and to support the Executive Team in executing client services and new business initiatives.Responsibilities Assist in preparing and executing project‑specific marketing plans, budgets, and media schedules.Work with Project Executives, Director of Marketing, and On‑site Sales Team to execute comprehensive, strategic marketing campaigns that drive sales/leasing efforts.Manage property marketing brochures, collateral, website, and social media channels.Update and manage the corporate social media content calendar.Oversee creation of sales/marketing collateral, branded pricing sheets, and signage with creative agencies.Develop, execute, and occasionally staff broker outreach events and general public events.Design and implement property marketing deliverables, including onsite graphics, presentation boards, and signage.Monitor analytics for e‑blast campaigns, advertising outreach, social media, and website traffic; provide guidance to improve metrics.Continuously evaluate marketing plans and budgets to ensure goals and objectives are met.Engage clients via phone, email, in-person, and virtual meetings, including occasional property events.Facilitate communication between creative partners, vendors, clients, and Urban Pace on project deliverables.Execute all web, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising campaigns.Manage digital marketing content, including Google AdWords and Meta ad campaigns.Identify trends and insights, optimize ad budgets and content performance.Maintain platform migrations and tags; update CMS for Urban Pace and project websites.Coordinate photography, videography, and floor‑plan measurements for projects.Assist in communication with sales and leasing teams.Manage marketing vendors such as printers, sign companies, and catering companies.Conduct market research and analysis to support business development and marketing reports.Coordinate with accounting on marketing invoices and ensure accurate billing.Submit properly coded marketing expenses to accounting promptly.Develop and execute a production calendar covering all Urban Pace placements.Maintain property launch checklists.Collaborate with Urban Pace operations and IT to procure new project phone numbers, email addresses, and URLs.Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, communications, or related field preferred.3–5 years of marketing experience.General knowledge of the Washington, DC real estate market and surrounding sub‑markets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing tools, and CRMs.Experience with Google AdWords, Analytics, and Facebook ad campaigns.Strong collaboration skills; able to work both under supervision and independently.Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Effective listening, critical thinking, and self‑starter abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.Salary and Benefits Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.Benefits: PTO, 401(k), and Health Insurance.Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
