This position is Hybrid.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Marketing Director and others to develop campaigns and programs that are aligned with corporate goals.Establish a positive relationship with executives, line of business leaders and stakeholders; collaborate with managers to help formulate strategy and influence production.Support the bank's lines of business and markets, with a primary focus on products and services of the private wealth line of business, in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and deliverables.Develop and manage marketing programs, which can include collateral, website content, social media, email marketing, and other marketing formats.Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorship, events and advertising on an on‑going basis.Write copy and aid in the creation of marketing collateral, advertisements, and assorted media.Track marketing programs from inception to completion and provide analysis on ROI.Manage marketing vendor projects and relationships as relevant.Conduct market research as needed, through external resources or internal resources; track reports already completed and analyze as needed.Ensure brand communication is consistent with company and brand positioning.Ensure all advertising and customer communications adhere to current compliance laws and regulations.Perform the job in accordance with applicable industry laws and regulations as well as the policies and procedures established by the company.Responsible for upholding Fair and Responsible Banking practices and Code of Ethics and Conduct guidelines.Understand and participate in the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act program.Perform other duties as assigned.Education / Experience PreferredCollege degree with Marketing, Business, English, or Journalism major or equivalent experience5-7 years of marketing experience in banking, private banking, investment management, wealth management, or a regulated sales industry preferredPast expertise in MarTech tools and data platforms (CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics dashboards, and social media tools)Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to organize, multi‑task, work independently on several projects and meet deadlinesAbility to provide accurate workSkill in defining problems, collecting data and interpreting informationAbility to read, interpret and apply compliance law and regulationsExceptional attention to detail and proofreading skillsPay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.Working ConditionsThe physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
