Responsibilities
Growth & Paid Media
- Manage Meta, Google, and TikTok ads
- Own budget, CAC, and ROAS targets
- Scale winning campaigns and cut underperformers
- Test creatives, audiences, and offers
Retention & Lifecycle
- Build and optimize email and SMS flows
- Increase repeat purchase rate and LTV
- Manage replenishment and subscription strategy
- Launch winback and upsell campaigns
Campaigns & Promotions
- Plan monthly promotions and product launches
- Create bundles, sets, and offers that increase AOV
- Coordinate site, email, and ad campaigns
Website & Conversion
- Improve landing pages and product pages
- Optimize conversion rate (CRO)
- Ensure strong reviews, FAQs, and trust signals
Content & Creative Direction
- Brief UGC, before/after, and routine content
- Guide social content strategy (IG + TikTok)
- Ensure messaging is compliant and credible
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance weekly
- Report on revenue, ROAS, CAC, AOV, and LTV
- Use data to adjust strategy and spend
Requirements
- 4+ years in eCommerce marketing
- Experience managing paid ads (Meta + Google required)
- Strong understanding of email/SMS retention
- Experience with Shopify
- Proven results (you can show growth numbers)
Preferred
- Skincare, beauty, or wellness experience
- Subscription or replenishment model experience
- Familiar with Klaviyo or similar
