Job Title: Marketing Operations 3

Introduction
The nature of the work is focused on creating product and brand demand, understanding external constituents, and effectively presenting company or product information. This role involves creating systems, processes, and tools that positively impact productivity, profitability, accountability, and service.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience.
- Alternatively, a PhD or Law degree with 3 years of experience, a Master's degree with 4 years, an Associate's degree with 6 years, or a High School diploma with 7 years of experience may be accepted.
- Prior work experience in a similar industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Experience in brand management and strategic communication.
- Proven ability in systems thinking and entrepreneurial drive.
- Strong collaboration and influence skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead marketing operations category projects and manage project budget and timelines.
- Drive clear and efficient processes for the enhancement or creation of additional assets for marketplace execution.
- Work closely with external agencies and vendors to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of category content.
- Support a mid- to large-size team with substantial impact on business in the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies.
