IDR is seeking a Marketing Measurement Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role is focused on strategic analytics and measurement within a leading organization in the nonprofit sector, leveraging advanced measurement techniques to optimize marketing impact and drive data-informed decisions.
Position Overview for the Marketing Measurement Analyst:
- Serve as a strategic partner providing analytics and measurement insights within the Marketing Analytics organization.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques, experimentation methodologies, and measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Channels, Marketing Insights, and external measurement partners.
- Support enterprise initiatives such as incrementality testing, attribution interpretation, audience analytics, and forecasting.
- Act as a measurement champion, evangelizing best practices and building measurement literacy across the organization.
Requirements for the Marketing Measurement Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in analytics, marketing analytics, performance measurement, or business intelligence.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting marketing performance across digital and traditional channels.
- Experience utilizing visualization tools and analytics platforms to communicate insights.
- Strong understanding of experimentation, measurement methodologies, statistical concepts, and performance analytics.
