What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with the brand’s goals and audience.

  • Manage and optimize Instagram and Facebook presence to maximize engagement and conversions.

  • Plan content calendars and posting frequency based on performance insights, focusing on quality over volume.

  • Create, adapt, and repurpose content from a large existing media library into engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.

  • Write compelling copy and storytelling content, including before-and-after project narratives.

  • Handle day-to-day social media operations, including scheduling, posting, and platform management.

  • Engage with the community by responding to comments and direct messages, fostering meaningful connections.

  • Identify and engage potential leads through social media channels.

  • Analyze performance and deliver clear, actionable insights without unnecessary complexity.

  • Suggest and implement improvements across paid media campaigns and explore opportunities on additional platforms such as LinkedIn and Pinterest.

What you must have:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media and digital marketing for brands or businesses.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills in English.

  • Proven experience optimizing Instagram and Facebook for growth and engagement.

  • Hands-on experience with content planning, scheduling, and community management.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

A great plus:

  • Experience managing paid media campaigns.

  • Familiarity with expanding brand presence across platforms like LinkedIn and Pinterest.
