Overview North America Stores Marketing helps customers discover and engage with relevant deals and promotions across categories through onsite and offsite marketing. We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing and creativity to build customer-facing communications alongside advanced tools for marketers.Responsibilities Manage end-to-end paid marketing strategy and execution for paid media channels; partnering with Events, Deals, creative, Ads and other cross-functional teams to execute and optimize campaigns.Monitor and analyze paid media metrics to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, maximize audience engagement, and develop new metrics to demonstrate value and business impact of our media tactics.Report on campaign efficacy (scale and efficiency), conduct analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed goals, and report on progress to leadership.Identify opportunities for automation and partner with relevant stakeholders to drive automation and related mechanisms and processes.Qualifications Basic Qualifications 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaignsExperience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teamsExperience delivering paid media campaigns spanning TV, print ads and digital/social channelsExperience across affiliate marketing, PPC, SEM and social media advertisingPreferred Qualifications Experience in multi-territory campaign managementExperience in digital marketing and content production timelines and processCompany Amazon.com Services LLCAdditional Information Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $151,700/year in our highest geographic market.
