BenefitsSmartBank offers medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match; paid time off; SmartFlex Days; 11 paid company holidays; paid community involvement; company apparel; and tuition reimbursement.Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesOversee the day‑to‑day execution of marketing operations for the bank, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and brand alignment across all markets.Manage marketing budgets and expense tracking.Coordinate client communications and promotional initiatives.Lead the planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities.Serve as a key operational partner to the Corporate Marketing Director and Market Leadership teams.Ensure marketing materials, communications, and events are delivered with excellence, reflect SmartBank's brand standards, and support business development objectives.Demonstrate SmartBank's Core Values and Core Purpose in all aspects of the role.Embrace and reflect the SmartBank Way by Acting Smart, Looking Smart, and Being Smart.Assume other responsibilities as designated by the Corporate Marketing Director.Perform other duties as assigned.Oversee the production, ordering, and distribution of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency, quality, and availability across all markets.Manage relationships with approved vendors, print partners, and apparel providers to ensure cost efficiency and adherence to brand standards.Maintain accurate inventory levels of marketing and branch materials.Coordinate with branch and market leadership to ensure appropriate use and distribution of materials.Coordinate and execute client communications including e‑blasts, mailings, and operational notices.Manage communication support for branch operations including schedules, updates, and signage.Assist in delivery of corporate communications and executive messaging.Lead planning and execution of marketing events, sponsorships, and community initiatives.Serve as liaison to Market Leaders for event coordination and support.Manage logistics including timelines, vendors, and onsite execution.Track and manage marketing budgets and event expenses.Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate reporting records.Provide reporting insights to leadership.Position Requirements and QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to apply knowledge and sound judgment in decision‑making using established guidelines.Proficient in Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong written and oral communication skills.Detail oriented and able to function in a team environment.Demonstrates ability to maintain a positive attitude.High level of integrity.Able to maintain regular and predictable attendance.Willing to accept new ideas and methods and be agreeable to change.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with frequent interruptions.Self‑starter.Ability to prioritize and organize daily workflow.Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills.Thorough knowledge of bank products and services.Work Conditions:Able to routinely stand, sit, bend and stoop.Frequently and regularly required movements using wrists, hands, and/or fingers.Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare and inspect documents or products and operate machinery.Ability to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.May be required to travel to training sessions or meetings.#J-18808-Ljbffr
